Prevention of foreign matters in assembly

Selection and control of tolerance for shaft and inlet bearing chamber
The water pump shaft connected with the inlet bearing should rotate flexibly without blocking after being pressed into the inlet bearing. In case of obvious inflexible rotation? The size of the shaft is too large? The tolerance should be lowered. If the water pump shaft is connected with the inlet bearing, there is obvious "rustling" feeling when it is turned by hand after pressing into the shaft? It may be that the tolerance of the shaft is too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. Therefore, when controlling the tolerance of shaft and imported bearing housing, we should also control the roundness. Many domestic manufacturers only control the tolerance, but not the roundness.
Assembly method of imported bearing
Because the imported bearing is a high-precision product, if the pump shaft coupling is not assembled properly, it is easy to cause damage to the inlet bearing channel of the pump shaft coupling, leading to the damage of ina imported bearing. The imported bearing should be equipped with a special mold during assembly, which can not be knocked at will. When pressing in the shaft, only a small ring can bear the force? When pressing the big circle, only the big circle can bear the force. Is pneumatic or hydraulic pressure required for assembly?
