The research and development of the roller bearing is carried out in parallel with the serialized Chinese standard subway train test project, led by China Zhongche, which fully adopts the positive independent design concept and has completely independent intellectual property rights. Since 2018, the size and structure type of bearing interface have been determined according to the vehicle design framework and technical requirements. According to the working conditions and technical analysis, a total of A type axle box bearing design and B type axle box bearing design are provided. At the same time, combined with the high transmission accuracy of gearbox output end, the high precision P5 design of bearing is fully integrated into the green environmental protection design concept to meet the design requirements of the main engine. The developed products have been subjected to strict bench tests such as dust prevention, waterproofing, thermal performance and durability. The test results fully meet the requirements of design and train operation, and have the capacity of batch matching.
