Angular contact ball bearing free combination matching is also called universal matching pair. The universal angular contact ball bearing is to grind the non-datum plane of the inner and outer ring with equal height. The dimension tolerance of the final grinding plane is strictly controlled to make the width of the inner and outer ring equal to ± 2 μm of a single set of bearing. The matching model can be exchanged freely when using, so it is very convenient.
Universal matched angular contact ball bearings are specially manufactured so that when they are arbitrarily arranged and installed close together, a certain internal clearance or preload and/or uniform load distribution can be obtained without the use of a spacer or similar devices. The universal matching bearing produced by TEDIN makes it possible to obtain the required preload without a complicated adjustment process. With the rapid development of precision CNC machine tools, TEDIN's universal matching bearing has a good development prospect.
In addition to the case of universal pairing, when the load capacity of a single set of bearings is not enough, pairing installation (series configuration) is often used; or when the load is a composite load or axial load acts in two directions, the most common combination matching forms (back-to-back and face-to-face pairing) are used.
In a tandem combination of angular contact ball bearings, the load lines are parallel, and the radial and axial loads are evenly shared by the bearings. However, the bearing group can only bear the axial load acting in one direction. If the bearing pair is opposite to the axial load of the bearing, the opposite load must be applied to the bearing in the opposite direction. It can bear the axial load acting in two directions, but the load in each direction can only be borne by one bearing. Back-to-back angular contact ball bearings provide a relatively rigid bearing configuration and can withstand overturning moments; the load lines of face-to-face paired bearings converge to the bearing shaft. It can bear the axial load acting in two directions, but the load in each direction can only be borne by one bearing. This configuration is not as rigid as the back-to-back pairing and is not suitable for the overturning moment.
We have been focusing on the production of precision angular contact ball bearings for 16 years. The bearing adopts imported materials and ceramic balls, as well as high-speed sealing performance, not only environmental protection and noise reduction but also greatly improves the service life.
